Table Tennis Party 4 years +

Our Table Tennis Party is held in our designated table tennis room at Egham Orbit. Children have full use of 3 x table tennis tables and can be used for matches, mini tournaments or more!

NB. The Table Tennis Party does not come with a coach to run the session / activities so can either be parent led or parents can bring in their own coaches (this would need to be organised by the parents – see small print below)

Ages: 4 Years + (Recommended ages)

Days: Saturdays & Sundays

Timings: 14.00-15.30 & 15.30-17.00

Duration: 60 minutes of activity time (+30 minutes in the party area for food & 15 Minutes to clear away.)

Minimum Number of Adults: Under 8’s = 1:5   / Over 8’s = 1

Price: £145 for up to 15 children

Costings are all inclusive for 15 children including the party child. Up to 5 additional children can be added at a rate of £13.00 per child. If requesting more than 15 children, parents must give at least two weeks’ notice.

The price includes the hire of the activity, catering, a certificate for the birthday child and PDF invitations for parents.   

Table Tennis party includes a party box with table tennis bats and ping pong balls. Bluetooth speaker for music provided.

Special catering requests need to be made two weeks before the party.  

SMALL PRINT:

All parties are parent-led. Please be aware of adult: child ratios. If an external coach or instructor is engaged by the parents, there will be a need to supply their Public Liability insurance cover to £5m (minimum) and a coach’s risk assessment needs to be supplied in advance of the party taking place. [Note. Achieve Lifestyle’s public liability insurance is not covered for this type of external contractor].   

Party bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance

Parents should arrive no earlier than ten minutes before the party. This allows for the party hosts to prepare the party area.  Designated reserved tables will have certificates for each party child.  

Parents can decorate with balloons if they wish- no glitter or confetti. 

Water will be provided for the parties (no squash is allowed in the sports arena). This will be ready for when the party arrives. 

The Party Host will greet the guests and ensure they have everything they need. The Party Host will also help to tidy when party is finished.
