Swimming Lessons For All:

Adult & Child Sessions – Our Infant Aquatics programme offers entry level sessions designed to build water confidence. These sessions take place in our small pool and require a parent/guardian to take part.

Discovery Ducklings 1 & 2: 0-1 years

Discovery Ducklings 3 & 4: 1-2 years

Ducklings 1 & 2: 2-3 years

Ducklings 3 & 4: 3-5 years

Junior Swimming Lessons – Our Learn to Swim Programme follows the Swim England stages 1-10 and is suitable for children aged 4 years and above. At each stage there are a range of outcomes which the children must achieve in order to progress onto the next stage.

If you are unsure on which Stage your child should be joining, click here and scroll down to read through the Swim England Award outcomes. In their first lesson they will also have an assessment from the swim teacher who can then advise if the class is the correct level for them, or if any movements need to occur.

Further Aquatic Development – We have introduced Rookie Lifeguard and Pre-Competition Development courses. Built into the Rookie Lifeguard programme are lessons in valuable survival, rescue and sports skills, all delivered in an exciting way that will get children involved and motivated. The course can run parallel to your child’s current swimming lessons and will enhance the skills they learn in the pool. The Pre-Competition Development Awards help to develop the skills and confidence needed for those who want to enter swimming competitions.

Adult Swimming Lessons – Suitable for anyone aged 16+, from a complete beginner, to a competent swimmer who would like to improve their techinque. Click here for more information on the Swim England Adult stages.

Our next breaks are as follows:

Are you a school or organisation?

Although school swimming is a compulsory part of the National Curriculum, 23% of children leave primary school unable to swim 25 metres unaided. We’re here to help change that!

Our School Swimming Programme is tailored to help pupils achieve the three key outcomes within the physical education curriculum that all children are expected to achieve by the end of year six.

If you’re a school interested in our Swimming Programme, please email your enquiries to – bookings@achievelifestyle.co.uk

Intensive Swim Courses:

We run intensive courses during the school holidays which are open to both swim school members and non-members, and are perfect for developing stroke technique and building confidence.
