Our Get Active memberships are the perfect start to those who are coming back after an injury, struggle with limited mobility or need a gentle start back to exercise. Sessions are aimed at (but not limited to) over 50s.
Our activities include:
- 60+ monthly exercise classes
- A range of sports including Badminton, Pickleball, Walking Sports and more
- Aqua classes and lane swimming
- Plus, our state-of-the-art gym and luxurious Spa is available with our range of packages.
