Achieve Lifestyle operates the Get Active scheme, exercise & healthy living sessions to help improve wellbeing and fitness. Sessions are aimed at (but not limited to) over 50s, those coming back from injury and those with a lack of mobility. They are also great for socialising and many of our participants stay for a coffee afterwards in our Cafe where we offer a loyalty card to those on the scheme. Both gym sites offer disabled access, including a lift.

Classes and sports sessions are open to both members and non-members who do not require 1-2-1 sessions as a result of a GP referral. To find out more about our GP referral scheme please click HERE

Small Group Classes

Get Active Circuits, Chair Aerobics, Stretch & Unwind
45 minute classes which are fun, sociable and great for motivation with plenty of added health benefits! Includes cardiovascular, functional exercises and stretching.

These classes take place at Egham Orbit with our friendly instructors Steph and Mo.

“I have progressive MS and my husband has Parkinson’s disease. We’ve been coming to the Get Active classes for a couple of years now. The classes are geared to us which is great as it doesn’t feel as though we’re trying to fit into a class that we can’t do – everything is adaptable for us. We have noticed a huge difference from exercising and it has meant that I have not had to progress onto any medication.”

“I’ve been coming along to the Healthy Living Sessions for a few years now and it’s great to be back – I really missed the sessions during lockdown as it keeps me active and it’s a social activity I really enjoy. I come along for a couple of hours once a week to play Badminton with some ex BA staff members and then I often stay for a coffee afterwards, where occasionally my wife joins me too. The facilities are always nice and clean and the staff are friendly.”
