What happens once I've joined online?

Please note: You will be required to book a gym induction before using the gym. Choose between our Bespoke Welcome to include a personalised programme, or our Express Welcome for more experienced gym users – available to book on the App.

  • Please keep an eye out for your welcome email which you will receive within 24 hours of joining online which includes important membership information.
  • Download the Achieve Lifestyle app – when you go to make a booking you will be prompted to login with the email address you joined with. You may need to click the ‘forgotten password’ link in order to be sent an email with your password to login.
  • Currently, all classes and lane swim sessions must be booked in advance. You can book via the Achieve Lifestyle App, online, or by calling us on 01784 333111. Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy before booking your first session.
