MOVEMBER’S 60KM CHALLENGE
60 men are lost to suicide globally, every hour. You don’t need to grow a moustache to take part in Movember. But you can run or walk 60km to help raise awareness of men’s mental health.
How to take part:
- Download the Life Fitness Connect app.
- Select the ‘Movember’ challenge.
- Log your walks or runs on the Treadmill
- Complete 60km by the end of November!
Every participant who completes the challenge will receive 20% OFF a protein shake at the Egham Orbit Café.
