I’ve been searching for a gym like this for years! Everyone is so friendly. There is definitely a strong sense of community from the members and the fitness instructors provide so much support and expert knowledge. I love that you can book gym programme sessions for free using the App and there is a good availability of slots to meet with an instructor for help when you need it.
I’ve been coming for about 3 months now and the transformation has been amazing – not just my health and fitness but also my confidence. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, feels more like a community than a club. I’ve learned how to lift safely and can now lift weights I never could before.
