Inspired by the Paris Olympics, we’re challenging you to complete the following exercises for the set goal and time. You’ll be in with a chance of winning a Gold, Silver or Bronze prize!
• Rowing Machine: Row as far as you can in 30 seconds
• Upright Bike: Ride as far as you can in 30 seconds
• Bulgarian Bag Cleans: Do as many cleans as you can in 30 seconds
• Boxing Bag Punches: Do as many punches as you can in 30 seconds
