Our Tanita Body Composition Analyser, available at both sites, is perfect for providing an instant analysis of your health and fitness. This is a great way to benchmark your basepoint and then monitor your on-going progress once you begin your training & nutrition programme.

A full segmental body composition analysis is performed in less than 20 seconds and includes the following results:

  • Muscle Mass
  • Body Mass Index
  • Metabolic Rate
  • Body Water

Bookings

Members get free unlimited sessions per year and for Non-Members it’s £15 per reading.

We recommend you book an updated reading at least every 8-12 weeks to monitor your progress.

Results

The measurement results are automatically stored to your personal MyWellness account which you can view at any time on the MyWellness App. You can also request a printed version of your results. Following these generated results, our team of Personal Trainers can discuss and advise on nutrition and exercise habits moving forward, in the view of improving your general wellbeing.
