Spinning® Classes at Achieve Lifestyle

Experience the ultimate indoor cycling class by trying a Spinning class at Achieve Lifestyle! Ride along to the music with our motivating instructors with classes available 7 days a week at both sites. Our classes are open to both members and non-members.

This low impact class is the perfect way to get a cardio workout in but with less stress on your joints, which makes it ideal for older adults with knee or hip issues or those recovering from orthopedic injuries.

New to Spinning®?

At Egham Orbit we run a Begin To Spin class which is perfect for those who have never been to a Spinning class before. Learn how to set up your bike and enjoy a great workout! However, all of our classes are suitable for all levels – please just arrive at least 5 minutes early if it is your first time Spinning so that we can help you set up your bike correctly.

How To Book:

  • All classes must be booked in advance online, over the phone, in person at Reception, or using the Achieve Lifestyle app.
  • Members can book up to 10 days in advance (from midnight) and non-members up to 7 days in advance.

We run Spinning classes at Egham Orbit and Addlestone Health & Fitness. Both our centres have specific studios allocated to Spinning only, with state-of-the-art bikes and coloured lighting to create a great atmosphere!

myzone

Myzone

Our Myzone integration means that you can track your workout in real time using real data!

Myzone works in five zones (grey, blue, green, yellow and red). Each zone represents a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR) and Myzone calculates your MHR from the moment you start training. If your MHR changes over time, Myzone updates this automatically to guarantee your data stays personal to you. Reach different zones based on your MHR – the harder you work, the more Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) you earn.

Purchase a Myzone belt from Reception at our exclusive member price and monitor your heart rate during your Spinning classes. Your heart rate zone will be shown on the screen during the class so that you can see how hard you’re pushing yourself. Myzone belts are optional, but highly recommended if you want to take your fitness to the next level.
