This class is an introduction to the principles of a Les Mills Bodypump class. Aimed at participants who wish start Bodypump as Beginners, or existing Bodypump participants who would benefit from learning the lifting technique in more detail outside the usual class. Limited to just 10 spaces, it's like a Bodypump workshop!
