Addlestone Health and Fitness Notice

After many years as a proud part of the Addlestone community, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that Addlestone Health and Fitness will be closing on Thursday, 31st July 2025.

This decision has not come lightly. As an independent charity, we’ve worked hard to continue serving the community without external funding or financial support. In truth, Addlestone Health and Fitness has been operating at a financial loss for many years. Despite this, we’ve remained committed to keeping the doors open so that our members and visitors would have a place to exercise, connect, and achieve their goals.

However, with rising business costs, the long-term impact of the pandemic, increasing local competition and no external financial support, we’ve reached a point where continuing to operate is no longer sustainable.

Addlestone Health and Fitness has always been more than just a gym, it’s been a place of connections, support and achievements. We’ve seen friendships formed, goals achieved and a real sense of community throughout the building. For all of this, we want to thank each and every one of our customers for being a part of Addlestone Health and Fitness, and a special thank you to our amazing team – it couldn’t have been done without them.

Transfer of memberships:

All existing Addlestone Health and Fitness members have the option to transfer their memberships to Egham Orbit, where they can continue their journey with us.

Our Egham Orbit site offers a range of facilities, activities and services, including:
• State-of-the-art gym
• Free 1-2-1 gym programmes
• 400+ monthly exercise classes
• The same amazing Addlestone team

Egham Orbit is only a 10–15 minute drive from Addlestone Health and Fitness, with ample free parking available.

All members have been contacted directly regarding their membership options.

Plans for the future:

Although Addlestone Health and Fitness is closing, Achieve Lifestyle’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of our community remains strong. We’re actively planning other projects which we look forward to sharing in the future.

We want to thank our Addlestone community once again for being on this journey with us, we hope many of our members and customers continue to achieve their goals and live a healthier and more active lifestyle with us at Egham Orbit.
