Cancellation Policies:
We understand that there are occasions where you may be unable to attend your booking, but please endeavour to follow our cancellation policy for each activity listed below. It is hoped that our policy will ensure that as many customers as possible get the opportunity to experience the various facilities on offer at Achieve Lifestyle.

The following cancellation periods apply:
- For early morning sessions (any sessions starting before 9am) the cancellation period will be by 8pm the day before.
- All sessions starting from 9am onwards must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the start time.
- Any cancellations less than 3 hours before the class or after 8pm for early morning (but still before the session starts) will be classed as a late cancellation.
Please note, all sessions must be swiped in for no more than 20 minutes before the start time.
Late Cancellation & No Show Penalties:
A late cancellation or no-show will result in the fee being forfeited for that session, as well as a strike being added onto the account. The same strike system as above applies. If a pay-as-you-go customer cancels within the notice period, then they can be refunded or credited the full amount by visiting Reception.
No refunds can be issued for sessions booked using online ticketing.
PAYG Bookings:
Cancellation notice period is by close of Reception the day before. Full payment will be required (or no refund will be issued if the booking is already paid for in full) if the cancellation period has not been achieved.
Block bookings:
Cancellation notice period is a minimum of 24 hours before. Full payment will be required (or no refund will be issued if the booking is already paid for in full) if the cancellation period has not been achieved.

Cancellation notice period:
Over 2 months: 75% refund
1-2 months: 50% refund
14 days-1 month: 25% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund
If you wish to cancel your party booking, cancellation fees apply. You must inform us in writing by email to parties@achievelifestyle.co.uk
You can cancel your membership or course after your minimum period of contract of 3 full paid months. If you provide written notice via email by the 15th of the month requesting cancellation, then your membership / swimming lessons and Direct Debit payments will be cancelled at the end of that month. Emails received after the 15th of the month will result in your membership and Direct Debit payments continuing until the end of the following month.
You must inform us in writing by email to membership@achievelifestyle.co.uk for all membership cancellations, to swimming@achievelifestyle.co.uk for all swimming lesson cancellations and to courses@achievelifestyle.co.uk for all gymnastics course cancellations.
Please do not cancel at your bank.
Please Note:
- Charges can be paid over the phone or at the centre.
- Until all outstanding charges are paid, the customer will no longer be able to book any sessions.
- Achieve Lifestyle can waive fees for sudden short notice cancellations when related to extreme circumstances, but this will be at company discretion.
