Parental Supervision:
The maximum number of 20 children for all party types must not be exceeded.
All parties require parent/guardian supervision on-site at all times. The ratios can be found below:

Party Rules:
- Children must wear appropriate casual clothing for the party session and arms and legs must be covered.
- Please ensure that all children wear socks during the activity – failure to do so will result in the child unable to take part in the session.
- The party organiser may bring a small wireless speaker/dock to be used in the Sports Arena, but volume must be kept to a sensible limit and appropriate music played. Achieve Lifestyle reserves the right to ask the party to turn off their music if deemed inappropriate or too loud.
- We recommend that Adult usage of the bouncy castle is kept to a minimum as it is predominantly designed for children.
- Whilst we are unable to provide a dedicated party host to entertain the children for the entire session, a card with suggested games/activities will be provided for the parents.

- Slides are for child use only.
- Refreshments are to be consumed in the Cafe area only.
- The party organiser may bring a small wireless speaker/dock to be used in the Soft Play area, but volume must be kept to a sensible limit and appropriate music played. Achieve Lifestyle reserves the right to ask the party to turn off their music if deemed inappropriate or too loud.
- Whilst we are unable to provide a dedicated party host to entertain the children for the entire session, a card with suggested games/activities will be provided for the parents.
- Swimming parties will last for 45 minutes, with 15 minutes allocated after the pool time finishes to change.
- It is the responsibility of the party organiser to inform the lifeguards of any weak or non-swimmers and any medical conditions prior to the party entering the pool.
- Children will be asked to undertake a 10m swim test and must successfully complete in order to be able to use the inflatable.
- All non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the pool at all times.
- All swimmers must listen and adhere to any health and safety briefings issued by staff members and lifeguards.
- All swimmers must use the showers before entering the pool.
- Normal swimwear must be worn at all times (ie: no jeans / t-shirts or below the knee shorts to be worn).
- No jewellery to be worn.
Party Duration:
All party activities last for 60 minutes (swimming parties are 45 minutes with 15 minutes of changing time afterwards).
All party food time is 45 minutes which includes a 15-minute clear-away time.
Party Food Session:
We provide all party food (except the birthday cake). Any additional food or drinks can be purchased from the café. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Parents/guardians are required to provide their own birthday cake, knife, lighter and candles.
Tableware and free-standing balloons are permitted.

Over 2 months: 75% refund
1-2 months: 50% refund
14 days-1 month: 25% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund
If you wish to cancel your party booking, cancellation fees apply. You must inform us in writing by email to parties@achievelifestyle.co.uk
COVID-19 Statement:
In the event that the Government’s roadmap to re-opening services is delayed and we are unable to run your party on the booked date, all party organisers will be contacted and offered credit to use for an alternative date and time for their party.
Accidents:
All accidents / injuries must be reported immediately to a member of staff, and details will be taken by the Duty Manager. When children feel unwell we ask that they are not included in the play session. Achieve Lifestyle reserves the right to enforce this condition.
All parties include public liability insurance, with a limit of £5 million insurance cover. The party hirer shall be liable for all 3rd party claims involving personal injury or property damage when the hirer has been negligent.
A charge of £50.00 will be payable for the hirer of any claim.
Photography:
We operate a photography policy within all areas of the centre. Anyone wishing to take photos of any kind must first gain permission from the Duty Manager.
