Lessons & Fees

All group lesson fees are collected via a monthly Direct Debit on the 1^st of each month:

30 minute lessons – £40 a month per child
55 minute lessons – £52 a month per child

The minimum period of contract is 3 full monthly payments as per our terms & conditions.

Lessons run for 46 weeks per year as we believe that students learn through routine and consistency, therefore, we do not close on every school holiday. We only have closures for a total of 6 weeks; 2 week period during the school holidays in Spring, Summer & Winter. The monthly direct debit payment is to cover the 46 weeks that we operate our swimming lessons.

Swimming Lessons For Children

Are you looking for children’s swimming lessons in Runnymede?

Our Learn to Swim Programme at Egham Orbit follows the Swim England stages 1-10 and is suitable for children aged 4 years and above. At each stage there are a range of outcomes which the children must achieve in order to progress onto the next stage.

Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 awards

The Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards consist progressive levels that form a pathway for children to learn the important skill of swimming. These stages are designed to recognize and encourage your child’s growth in essential aquatic skills, helping them become confident, competent, and safe swimmers. To earn each Award, children must complete a specific set of clear objectives for each stage.

In their first lesson they will also have an assessment from the swim teacher who can then advise if the class is the correct level for them, or if any movements need to occur.

Aquatic Skills Framework – Learn to Swim Stages 8-10 Swimming Awards

The Learn to Swim Stages 8-10 Awards make up the Aquatic Skills Framework of the Learn to Swim Programme. They continue the swimmer’s journey past Learn to Swim stage 7. Further Aquatic Development – We have introduced Pre-Competition Development courses. The Pre-Competition Development Awards help to develop the skills and confidence needed for those who want to enter swimming competitions.

HomePortal:

Review progress at any time!
All swim school members receive access to their own Course Pro HomePortal account as part of their membership, which can be used to find out information about your child’s lessons and monitor their progress. You can also add additional children to your account if you have more than one child enrolled onto our swimming programme.

If you joined online you will be sent an email to activate your account. Once activated you can simply login using your account details.

What can I use the HomePortal for?

Monitor your child’s progress and view achievements & badges.
Gain instant feedback from teachers who can update lesson information at the touch of a button.
Once your swimming teacher notifies you that your child is ready to move up a stage, you can use the portal to choose a suitable day & time for the new class.
If you would like to change to another day/time for the same stage you will need to contact us via email or inform the swimming teacher so that we can unlock your portal to allow for you to move to another lesson.
