I have been a gym enthusiast for over 30 years an helping people as a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor for the past 10 years you will see me around the club and other clubs in the area teaching programs like Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Balance, Pilates, LBT, Circuits, Body Conditioning, and lots more. I could not be happier to be able to share this same love for exercising and physical activity with my clients and class participants, helping them to achieve a functional body for the demands of everyday life.
