Matthew Bullock – Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Matthew, your transformation coach with over 20 years’ training experience. I specialise in Hyrox-focused training, strength, bodybuilding, weight loss, and menopause coaching. My background in athletics, bodybuilding, and powerlifting brings a performance edge, built on proper technique, structured programming, and real-world results.

I train clients on their feet as much as possible, using compound movements and Hyrox-style sessions to build strength, stamina, and long-term fitness. Expect sled work, circuits, HIIT, and strength blocks, all designed to improve how you move, look, and perform.

With years of experience, I’ve developed a strong knowledge of lifting techniques, deadlift, squat, and bench, ensuring you train safely, efficiently, and get the most out of every session.
