Will my child’s coach be changing?
Yes, there will be some changes. Charlotte will continue coaching at Egham Orbit, and she’ll be joined by two new Flair coaches who bring extensive experience and energy.
After many of years coaching gymnastics, Gayle and Steph have made the decision to take a step away from the programme and focus on other projects.

Will my child keep their current progress and awards?
Yes. Your child’s progress will continue under the new structure, and Flair’s robust tracking and award system will help monitor development. This includes physical skill trackers, certificates, and badges aligned with lesson plans.
What if my child is new to gymnastics?
We welcome all abilities! With the support of Flair’s experienced coaches, beginners can join a structured, confidence-building environment focused on fun, safety, and progress.

How do I cancel my course?
- If you joined our Gymnastics Club before 31st October 2025, you can cancel your membership for Gymnastics after your minimum period of contract of 3 full paid months. You must provide notice via completion of our online cancellation form by the 15th of the month requesting cancellation, then your sessions and Direct Debit payments will be cancelled at the end of that month. Cancellation requests received after the 15th of the month will result in your sessions and Direct Debit payments continuing until the end of the following month. - Please do not cancel your direct debit at your bank until you have received a cancellation confirmation from Achieve Lifestyle.
