I have been in the Fitness Industry for the past 15 years and have always been involved in sport in some shape or form

I’ve worked with a lot of clients, each with their own individual goals from general weight loss, improving strength to sport specific training.

Personal Training has given me more structure and focus to my fitness routine and as a result I am more motivated, feel more confident, I’m doing things which I previously thought were we beyond me and I’m enjoying being in the gym.
