Children have exclusive use of the Soft Play area at Egham Orbit with slides, tunnels and obstacles. Please Note: Parent/Guardian supervision is required at all times. There is a Cafe and seating adjacent to the Soft Play area for parents also. Please book early to avoid disappointment as they are very popular.

Timings: 10.30-12.15 & 12.30-13.45 (Subject to availability)
Duration: 60 minutes of activity time (+45 minutes in the party area for food & 15 Minutes to clear away.)
Mininum Number of Adults: 2 adults
Price: £200 for up to 15 children
Costings are all inclusive for 15 children including the party child.
The price includes the hire of the activity, catering and PDF invitations for parents.

Please notify staff when booking on any allergies within your party. Any other requests need to be made a minimum of two weeks before the party.

All parties are parent-led. Please be aware of adult: child ratios. If an external coach or instructor is engaged by the parents, there will be a need to supply their Public Liability insurance cover to £5m (minimum) and a coach’s risk assessment needs to be supplied in advance of the party taking place. [Note. Achieve Lifestyle’s public liability insurance is not covered for this type of external contractor].
Party bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance
Parents should arrive no earlier than ten minutes before the party. This allows for the party hosts to prepare the party area.
Parents can decorate with balloons if they wish- no glitter or confetti.
Water will be provided for the parties (no squash is allowed in the sports arena). This will be ready for when the party arrives.
The Party Host will greet the guests and ensure they have everything they need.
