Anyone (over 18) looking for help with managing their weight is qualified to take part in the programme.

Sessions take place on Sundays – at 9 AM starting on Sunday 16th April, although if you cannot attend the first week please do still get in touch as you may still be able to join us or book onto our course!

The 6-week course costs £70.00 (inc vat)

Do not worry, our weight management and expert trainers will lead the group through a low impact workout at a level that supports weight loss whilst being appropriate for varying abilities. We want everyone to leave feeling confident and positive!

All equipment is provided – you just need to wear suitable footwear and clothing.

If you decide to join the programme we want to support you every step of the way and you will receive on-going support including a private WhatsApp group with your peers
