Deposit policy

A deposit of 20% will be required to secure an appointment for any services booked with the Otium spa, the deposit will be taken at the time of booking the appointment.

The booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Deposits are taken as a part payment and will go towards the final payment of bill at the end of the appointment.

Cancellation policy

We understand life can get busy at times and circumstances happen so we ask all clients give at least 24 hours cancelation notice prior to your treatment, failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit.

If you have a gift card, a deposit is still required however the deposit will be refunded on the day, or can be used towards payment. Please ensure you bring the gift voucher on the day of treatment or full payment will be required.

Repeated last minute cancelations, or more then 2 times will require a 50% deposit.

Visiting the Spa

Treatment times shown are approximate and include preparation time.

Please bring a padlock to use the lockers to store your belongings.

Spa robes and towels can be hired from the spa reception at an extra cost of £5

Please be aware of other visitors around you, ensure any use of mobile phones, tablets or laptops are on silent and phone calls are not taken within the relaxation room or wet spa.

Electrical devices are NOT to be taken into the sauna or steam room due to being a fire hazard.

Failure to follow spa etiquette may result in being asked to leave or ban from future visits.

Alcohol 

We advice no large amounts of alcohol is consumed prior to using the spa facilities , alcohol is not permitted in the spa facilities if found consuming or bringing items in you will be asked to leave the premises.
