I have always had a passion for health and fitness and leading an active lifestyle. My own journey began with dance which I continued to do for 8 years and then eventually found the gym. I have gained a lot of knowledge through not only my own fitness journey but also the wider industry. My passion led me to complete a sports and exercise science degree along with my PT qualification.

Whatever your goal is whether it be strength, weight loss, general fitness or a boost in confidence I will do my best to help you on your own enjoyable fitness journey. It’s never too late to start and I will ensure you get the most out of every session to reach your goals!
