Hi! My name is Beth and I’m a CrossFit, gym and baking enthusiast. I have always loved sport and leading an active lifestyle, particularly through hockey and netball which I have played for most of life. I first got into the gym aged 16. I loved training and seeing myself progress each week. At university however, my gym habits started to slip and it is safe to say that I definitely enjoyed the uni lifestyle that Newcastle has to offer.

Fast forward 18 months and I suddenly moved back home with my parents due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Little did I know then that lockdown would turn me into the happier, healthier and stronger me that I am today. I began seeing a personal trainer, discovered weightlifting and fell in love with it. After several months of lifting and good nutrition I decided I wanted to do for others what my trainer had done for me. 

​This lead me to complete my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications with the goal of helping others to enjoy the gym as much as I do. I will always ensure that our sessions together are enjoyable and varied. I am here to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be!
