Whether you are just starting out in your journey and need guidance or you have already started in your journey but want to take it to the next level, I can certainly help. I am able to offer multiple training routes that will suit your needs and ensure that you are never uninspired and bored of your trainings.
You are able to choose between traditional gym-based fitness and combat fitness or a combination of both to be the best version of you. I hope that the variation in the trainings will make training enjoyable and fun as well as benefitting your body greatly and you will constantly be learning. Coming from the science background, my training programmes will be based on up to date science findings and research for both fitness and combat. My end goal is always that clients will become independent and self-sufficient in training themselves in the long run from the knowledge they’ve acquired during our sessions.
