"After going to the gym for years and doing mainly group cardio classes (which I loved), I wasn’t getting the results I wanted, so I decided to try something new and started personal training with Marta in January 2019. My husband had already been training with Marta for a while and was seeing amazing results.

 
From our first meeting, Marta listened to what I wanted to achieve. She tailored my workout so that strength training was the main focus, but also that I could still do some of the cardio I enjoyed. She also helped me with my diet.

Through her expert advice and knowledge I have achieved more than I would have ever believed I could. I've lost 12kg and I am now able to deadlift over 100kg! I’ve also noticed a massive improvement in my running, noticeably hill work and stamina. Marta has totally changed my mindset about weight training, I thought it was just for bodybuilders! She's made me realise that weight training can be enjoyed and beneficial to anyone and of any age.
