Facility Closure Update:
Following the latest Tier 4 & lockdown announcements, it is with regret that Egham Orbit & Achieve POWER are currently closed until further notice.
We would like to reassure all of our members that we are still here for you and that you will not be financially impacted by our closure. More information can be found below and we will keep in regular contact via email as we receive further updates from the Government regarding our re-opening dates.
As your local leisure trust, we are grateful for all of your support through these challenging times. It’s important, particularly in the depths of Winter, that the Government works with the sports sector to find a solution to the physical and mental health challenges the nation is facing, and provide genuine options for people to access physical activity, especially the most vulnerable. We will keep everything crossed that it won't be too long until leisure facilities are able to re-open. In the mean-time, we hope that all of our members stay safe & well and look after themselves. Keep moving, keep positive and we will get through this together!
We cannot wait to re-open our doors and help you achieve your best lifestyle in 2021!
The Achieve Lifestyle Team
We have already committed our Direct Debit run for January and therefore payments will be taken as usual on Monday 4th January. We had very much hoped, especially with the on-going petitions from UKActive and other Sporting Governing bodies, that we would have been able to re-open for the New Year. But please do not worry, all members will receive credit when we re-open to compensate for the January payment and further details will be provided once we are given a re-opening date.
Due to the closure of our facilities and services, we have automatically frozen membership fees from February onwards for the duration of our closure – this includes all membership & swimming lesson Direct Debits. We ask that you do not cancel at your bank and we can assure you that your monthly payments will not recommence until the reopening of our facilities. For all Annual memberships, the equivalent period of time lost will be added onto your membership.
For any other membership queries please email email@example.com and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible. Please note, all cancellation requests must be received in writing.
All pre-paid bookings for services which cannot be delivered will be offered either a credit on their account or a refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred option. If you would like to request a refund, please provide your bank account details in your email (account name / sort code / account number).

Following the announcements from the Government, it is with regret that Otium Spa will be closed until further notice. We apologise to all of our clients who had a treatment booked in and all appointments will be rescheduled for as soon as possible once we re-open. All gift cards will also be extended for the period of time which we are closed.
We will be in touch via email and social media once we have any further updates from the Government. We wish all of our members and clients a Happy & Healthy New Year and we look forward to seeing you again very soon.
