Although our physical doors are closed, the staff behind the scenes at Achieve Lifestyle haven’t stopped during lockdown in order to prepare for your comeback, and we wanted to share with you our plans and procedures on re-opening our facilities.

We are working hard implementing all the policies and measures which are necessary to make you feel comfortable and safe when you return.

There will be more details to follow as we receive guidance from the Government and National Governing Bodies, and it is unlikely that all activities will be available straight away, but we wanted to give you an idea of what to expect as we get closer to re-opening

Things will look a little different when we re-open, but we wanted to give you a preview of what to expect to ensure that you feel safe and secure within Achieve Lifestyle facilities


All activities MUST be pre-booked and prepaid

You will need to pre-book your space in the gym, group exercise, sports arena etc and this can be done online or via the Achieve Lifestyle App

Bookings can be made by calling the centre, but we would encourage you to book online

Due to social distancing, there will be no ‘walk-ups’. This is a new important safety measure - please do not turn up without a booking

Cleanliness and Hygiene is everyone's responsibility - We will have an enhanced cleaning regime

There will be hand sanitising stations located around your centre for you to use as needed

No personal towels to be brought in - Recycled Paper towels will be available

There will be increased signage - Protect yourself and those around you by following rules & signage

To protect everyone we are going to be cashless so contactless only
Credit can be added onto your account at reception and can be used to pay for activities, café items & resale

Training Together & Social Distancing 
We will reducing the capacity of some of the group exercise classes so that social distancing is achieved

Some classes will be moved into the sports arena so that you will have more personal space and greater capacity

Gym equipment will be spaced out so that you have more space to workout

We may look to move some of the classes to the outside facilities

We’ll reduce the numbers of swimmers in our pools so you can maintain your distance

15th June)

What's happening with memberships?
Once we know a re-opening date then we will be in touch with members via email, but while we are closed:

All memberships / swim lessons have been frozen so no payments are taken while our facilities are closed

Annual memberships will be extended by the number of months the membership has been frozen

Any pre-paid vouchers will be extended for the period that we have been closed

When the facilities are due to open, we will give you notice via email as to when we will restart your payments

If you are not ready to restart your membership yet then there is no need to cancel, as we will be extending the option to continue to keep your membership frozen until you're ready to return

It is absolutely understandable if you feel a little daunted by the new normal and perhaps a little apprehensive about returning to us, but we can’t wait to welcome you back, and hopefully you can see how we are making our facilities as comfortable and safe as possible for your return
